Following our initial consultation, you will use our short pre-interview questionnaire to begin thinking about the stories and memories you want to share. Over the course of several 60-minute guided interviews, your stories will be digitally recorded. They will then be transcribed, edited into narrative, and combined with up to 25 photos of your choice. Scanning and minor repair of your photos is included. Final cost will depend on the number of interviews, the number of photos, and the type of binding you choose. You will approve the final draft before printing. A Mini-Memoir is an inexpensive alternative to a complete Personal Memoir Package. The Mini-Memoir includes a pre-interview preparation questionnaire, a professionally guided 90-minute interview, transcription, editing to narrative format, layout, printing, and softcover or hardcover binding. Up to 10 photographs of your choosing may be included, and we will provide minor photo repair work and resizing where needed. MB3 DVD Slideshow |  | Great for Special Occasions!
Your photos are assembled into a DVD accompanied by a soundtrack of music and/or your narration. If you live in the Eugene-Springfield area, in-home scanning service is available, so your photos never leave your home. If you live outside the Eugene-Springfield area, you can mail your photos to us. We will care for them as if they were our own. Your photos will be returned to you with your finished DVD.
Cost is $2.50 per photo. For example, if your DVD has 100 photos, the cost of your project is $250.00. The finished DVD is yours to keep, copy, and share as you wish. 00140 In-Home Scanning Service | | Save your old photos
Those old boxes of photos gathering dust in your attic deserve better treatment! If you live in the Eugene-Springfield area, we can come to your home and scan those photos so that you have them stored in a single disc. For a small extra charge, we can do minor repairs on the images to remove things like dust, scratches, and some discoloration.
Once your photos are stored in this way, they are easier to share with the people you cherish. Copies are easy and inexpensive to make on your own or order from us at the time of purchase. Photos on disc can be used by just about anyone with a computer to make calendars, digital scrapbooks, and so on. Photos can be sent by email to friends and family.
